  1. Select the item you wish to buy and click on it.
  2. Select the required size, color, etc.
  3. Click 'Add to Cart' and that product will be added to your cart.
  4. Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
  5. Provide your billing and shipping details.
  6. Provide a valid mobile number and an email address.
  7. Select your desired payment option.
  8. Click the “Confirm Order” button.

After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your complete sales order summary with the order number, item details, quantity, billing/shipping address and the total amount.

You can cancel or change your order while you’re still shopping. But once you have confirmed the order and received an email/text message with your order number and details, then you cannot cancel your order and will have to contact our customer service. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.

The Order ID is your reference number and contains all information regarding your order. In case you receive a product that is damaged or want to return a certain product, you will use your Order ID as a reference when you call our Customer Service. This is not a tracking number for shipment.

You can only change your order details while still shopping on the website. Once you have confirmed your order, it will not be possible to amend the order. In this case, you will have to contact our customer service and if your order still hasn’t been processed, any changes can be made and a new Order ID will be assigned to you.

We have the following payment options:

  1. Cash on Delivery
  2. Credit card/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX)

You will pay the person from the courier company in cash when the order is delivered to your doorstep.

Please make sure that the details you have entered are correct and in case your payment fails, you can contact us through email or call our customer service. Please use your order number as a reference. If this problem is unresolved, you will have to contact your bank.

If you wish to return or exchange any product, simply pack the product in its original packing along with all the original tags and seals. In case you wish to return a product, you will have to pack the item and drop it off at the nearest Call Courier drop point. The product should be unworn and unused. It should not be damaged in any way and should be in its original condition. In case the product is found to be used or damaged, the product will be returned to the customer without any refund.

If you do not like anything or want to change something in your order, you have the right to return the goods to us for an exchange or refund. Please read our Returns policy for details.

You will receive a tracking number from the Courier Company via SMS when you book your shipment. You can track your return shipment with that number.

Your order will be delivered to you via Call Courier. If it is Cash on Delivery (COD), the courier will collect the money from you at your doorstep and deliver the package.

Your order typically reaches your doorstep between 1-3 working days.

In case you are not available, the Courier will make 2 attempts to deliver the package to your address. In case the second attempt fails, the package will be returned to us and we will notify you. Please make sure that a valid address and phone number is provided to us so that we may deliver your package at the earliest.

After the order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number for your order. You can check your order status with that tracking number.
