- Goods must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- In case you receive a product that is damaged, you must call customer service at 111-customer and return that item within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for a pickup by the courier company.
- You should have a valid reason for returning the item (provide a list of valid return reasons. Refer to return policy).
- You should have valid “proof of purchase” (an order number, e-invoice, email, delivery note, etc.), when you talk to our Customer Service Representative.
- The product must not fall in the “non-returnable” products list. (Provide List)
- The goods returned must be in new condition. They should be in the original, unopened packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any accessories received with it.
- The product must not have been used.
- Sealed items must not be opened.
- Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.
If your return meets all the requirements mentioned above and you wish to proceed with the return, please contact our Customer Service.
Our customer service agent will verify the return reason and arrange a return pick-up for you. Our courier company will pick up the package at the time specified by you.
We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days of receiving your returned items. You will receive an SMS and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.
